Submit and renew all State and Commerce department licenses
Maintain records that enable the Company to be constantly aware of the current state of volume consumed against all permits
Coordinate Commerce and State Department licenses or permits with Legal department.
Monitor engineering change notices for changes that require license/permit actions
Coordinate incoming shipments with a variety of carriers; prepare and forward direct import shipping documents (invoices, bills of lading, etc.)
Obtain pertinent documents (Certificates of Origin, lab certifications, customs docs, label approvals) that are required with shipment
Cost Analysis of freight, freight carriers and RFQs
Handle all security issues with freight carriers
Coordinate logistics movements both domestically and internationally from order entry to final delivery
Maintain lines of communications with overseas suppliers relating to international shipments; process and track all freight bills
Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies and negotiate resolution for damage and shortage claims
Coordinate maintenance schedule for vehicles
Track and coordinate all custom clearances through customs broker
Responsible for developing, tracking, data input and reporting of key performance measures
Support purchasing and planning department as needed

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
