Day to day responsibilities will require communicating with customers via phone, responding to emails, and working with the rest of the customer service and management team to help maintain an enjoyable consumer experience.
Computer and data entry skills required.
Knowledge of how to keep accurate and traceable data in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel will be necessary.
Good communication skills and high energy will also be a must.
Opportunity for growth within the company to Project Manager or Account Manager.
Responsibilities Engaging with customers daily in a friendly and professional manner to help solve any problems they may have Logging customer info to follow up with them as their problems are resolved Answer phone calls and emails from customers and project managers Work with a team of CSR and Account managers to successfully resolve consumer complaints or returns that are in process Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
