EvolveImmune is harnessing its 'Immunology First' approach to create first-in-category cancer medicines which aim to transform the lives of patients by delivering superior, long-term outcomes compared to current anti-cancer therapies.
The EvolveImmune team has established a first-in-class and highly differentiated tumor-targeted T cell costimulation platform designed to re-invigorate adaptive immune responses in solid tumors.
In addition, building upon research that originated from the Sidi Chen Laboratory at Yale University, EvolveImmune is leveraging a novel in vivo CRISPR-based target discovery platform to develop a broad portfolio of first-in-class therapeutics for unmet needs in oncology and immune diseases.
The Role We are seeking a highly motivated, resourceful and seasoned individual to serve as operational lead for EvolveImmune Therapeutics' development portfolio and external R&D alliances.
The successful candidate will utilize their project management skills and knowledge to influence and implement the strategic direction and conduct of development programs from preclinical through early clinical development and will effectively manage ongoing external research collaborations.
This individual will be responsible for driving integrated project planning, budgets and timelines.
Strong collaboration and communication capabilities, together with a track record of successful deliveries in biopharma, are required.
Responsibilities Act as operational lead of development projects and external R&D collaborations by defining and implementing project schedule and timelines, tracking milestones, creating dashboards and providing status reports to senior leadership Apply project management principles to optimize program planning, goal-setting and team set-up, and to ensure timely project initiation and deliverables Leverage critical thinking skills early in project development, to recognize potential risks and develop mitigation scenarios for organizational alignment Commanding knowledge of SOPs, cGMPs, Data Integrity guidances and Good Documentation Practices.
Effective cross-functional partnering with members of the internal R&D team and with external partner leads, to ensure successful project execution Maintain all relevant documentation, schedule meetings, develop agendas, taking minutes and tracking follow-up activities.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols.
Qualifications PhD plus a minimum of 5 years additional experience, preferably in biopharma Project management experience in the biopharma industry, along with formal training/qualifications in project management High level of technical proficiency in the use of project planning tools and systems, and in MS Office software Well organized and able to work independently, capable of dealing with ambiguity to identify a path forward, strong attention to detail Track record of actively promoting constructive interactions within a diverse team to identify critical issues and solutions Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
