- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant - Escort guests to their designated tables and provide menus - Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements - Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries - Operate the POS system to process payments and manage orders - Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service - Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests - Assist with food service duties as needed Skills:
