BI System Analyst
Our direct client, a leader of advanced solutions for defense, aerospace, rail, and telecommunications, is looking for a talented full-time Business Intelligence Systems Analyst to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL querying, data extraction, and data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.
This position is in their Branford, CT office, onsite with every other Friday off.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain BI solutions to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Collaborate with business users to understand their data needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Design and execute SQL queries to extract data from various databases and data warehouses.
Develop data models and data transformation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Create interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Monitor and optimize BI solutions for performance and solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Systems Analyst or a similar role.
Proficiency in SQL querying and database management.
Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly house, or MRP systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
