Accounting Admin
Accounting AdminDo you have a positive attitude? Are you detail-oriented? Are you extremely organized?We are seeking a part-time accounting admin to join our team! You will perform general accounting/purchasing functions with a focus on customer service and accurate reporting.
Responsibilities:
Post customer invoices, payments, and material expenses to QuickbooksPay company's vendors via QuickbooksOverall analysis of AP and ARUpdate spreadsheetsCalculate and track company KPI'sLook for areas to save money by lowering vendor expenses where possibleReconcile company credit cards in QuickbooksWork as a team with other office members

Ability to prioritize and focus on your current taskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skillsTrustworthyCustomer service skillsProblem solving skillsProficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail SuitePositive Attitude!Must be excellent on the phone communicating loud and clear in a friendly, professional mannerHours & Compensation30 plus hours per week (Schedule TBD)$21-$26 per hour (DOE)Weekly performance bonuses Vested Paid Time Off (PTO)Vested 401KVested healthcare bonusJob Type:
Part-Time, however could be up to 40 hours
