Lockworks Hospitality is a unique concept-based Steak House & Tavern & will be opening on the shoreline (the old Donovans Reef) with great opportunity to further your hospitality experience, Vibrant and vast, features classic and creative preparations of the world's finest steaks, aged in patented salt-brick aging room, as well as seafood, chops and more.
Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment and have 1 year of restaurant experience, excellent people skills and a true passion for the food industry.
Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Greeter.
As a Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the hospitality or food service industry who enjoys interacting with people.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they enter the establishment with a warm and friendly demeanor - Provide information about the restaurant or tavern to guests - Assist guests with seating arrangements and escort them to their tables - Maintain a clean and organized lobby area - Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry - Familiarity with POS systems, such as Open table & Toast POS, is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically - Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed At our company, we value our employees and offer competitive compensation along with opportunities for growth and development.
