50 million dollar construction company and growing needs a solid Jr to mid-level construction estimator. Someone who will learn from the main estimator and who is detailed oriented.

Great opportunity with someone with 1 to 4 years experience who wants a bigger/more stable company to work for:
Prepare Costs Estimates. (Usually in CT, NY, RI and MA)
Prepare material take-offs from Bid Documents.
Solicit pricing from Suppliers, Manufacturers, Subcontractors, et al
Solicit project from CMs and other contractors.
Prepare project final estimates for bids
Review and evaluate specifications.
Provide initial Pos for and letters of intent.
Itemize all required project materials prior to release for fabrication.
Prepare monthly line-item billings for each project.
Attend project meetings if required.
